Agencies
Run booking for every client from one account.
Give each client their own branded booking pages, all managed from one login.

Running booking for clients usually means a separate account for each one, a shared password, and a spreadsheet to remember which is which.
CalStack gives each client their own organization under your login. Their booking pages, team, calendar, and analytics stay separate, and you switch between them from the sidebar.
What makes client booking hard to manage
- Too many accounts
One tool account per client means more logins to secure and more places to check when something breaks.
- Client data gets mixed
When several clients share a workspace, one client's bookings and numbers sit next to another's. Reporting turns into manual work.
- Clients want to look, not edit
Clients ask for access to see their bookings. Full access lets them change a page you built.
From setup to reporting
01 · Before the call
Set up each client once
Create an organization for the client, connect the Google Calendar their bookings should land in, and build booking pages in their colors and font. Add the widget to their site with one script tag.
02 · During the call
Their team runs the calls
Invite the client's team so they see the answers and talking points for each booking, in the dashboard and inside Google Meet.
03 · After the call
Report on each client separately
Each organization has its own analytics and its own outcome tags, so a client's numbers only include their bookings.

Every organization connects its own Google Calendar, and every booking gets a Google Meet link. Each booking page can post new bookings to that client's Google Chat space or send them to their Zapier account.
Questions and answers
Is there one report across all clients?
No. Analytics are shown one organization at a time, so each client's numbers stay separate.
Can a client's logo appear on the booking page?
Booking pages take the client's colors and font. The hosted page can use the client's favicon, but there is no logo inside the booking flow.
Can clients see their own bookings?
Yes. Invite them to their organization as Viewers, or as Editors if they should manage bookings too.
Does someone who works across several clients need more than one login?
No. One login can belong to many organizations and switch between them.
Who connects the calendar for a client?
The owner of that client's organization connects Google Calendar. Each booking page in the organization then chooses the calendar it reads free time from.
Can one client's team see another client's data?
No. People only see the organizations they have been invited to.
