Turn ad clicks into booked calls.
Stop sending paid traffic to a form inbox. Visitors answer a few questions and pick a time before they leave the page.

Paid traffic is expensive, and most of it leaves without doing anything. A contact form asks visitors to wait for a reply, and many will not.
CalStack puts a booking widget on the page they land on. They answer a few questions, pick a time, and leave with a meeting on the calendar.
Where paid traffic leaks
- The form is a dead end
A form submission ends the visit. The lead goes cold while someone on your team finds time to reply.
- Clicks are counted, bookings are not
Ad platforms report clicks. How many of those visitors booked a call is harder to see, so budget decisions rest on the wrong number.
- Leads arrive without detail
A name and an email tell sales very little. Someone has to chase the lead for the basics before the first call.
From landing page to booked call
01 · Before the call
Catch visitors on the page
Add one script tag and a booking widget appears in the bottom-right corner of your site. Short callouts rotate above it to draw attention. Visitors answer your questions and book without leaving the page.
02 · During the call
Sales starts with the answers
Whoever takes the call sees what the lead said when they booked, in the dashboard and in a side panel inside Google Meet.
03 · After the call
See what the traffic turned into
Analytics show sessions, bookings, and conversion rate for each booking page. Outcome tags on the bookings show how the calls went.

Questions and answers
Does CalStack report on ad campaigns?
No. Analytics break visits down by referrer, country, device, new or returning visitors, and whether the visit came through the widget or a direct link. There is no report per campaign.
Where does the widget appear on the page?
In the bottom-right corner. The position is fixed.
Does the widget open by itself?
No. It stays a small card until a visitor clicks it. Callouts appear above it after a delay you set.
Can the booking flow sit inline in a page?
No. It opens as a popup from the widget or from your own button, or as a hosted page with its own link.
Do I need a website to use it?
No. Every booking page has a hosted link you can share directly.
Can different campaigns ask different questions?
Yes. Create a booking page for each campaign. Each one has its own questions and styling, and analytics can be filtered by booking page.
