01 · Before the call
Clients book from one link
Your hosted booking page shows the times that are free in your Google Calendar, in the client's timezone. Ask a few questions so you know what the session is about.
02 · During the call
The session is ready when they arrive
The calendar invite includes the Google Meet link. Inside Meet, the side panel shows what the client wrote when they booked.
03 · After the call
Notes become a recap
Type your notes and CalStack writes a short recap with one suggested next step. It stays on the booking, so you can look it up before the next session.

No website needed. Every booking page has its own link, with your page title, description, colors, and font.

Google Calendar and Google Meet are built in. Each booking page can also post new bookings to a Google Chat space or send them to Zapier, with the client's answers attached.

Questions and answers

Do I need a website?

No. Every booking page has a hosted link you can share in a message, an email, or a social profile.

Can clients pay for a session when they book?

No. CalStack handles scheduling. It does not take payments from your clients.

Can a client book a repeating session?

No. Each session is booked on its own.

Does CalStack send text message reminders?

No. Invites and updates are sent by email through Google Calendar.

Can clients change the timezone?

The timezone is detected from the client's device and shown on the booking page. Your free times are converted to it automatically.

Which calendars are supported?

Google Calendar. Every session is held in Google Meet.
