Sales
Book demos while interest is highest.
Qualify visitors with a few questions and put the call on the calendar in the same flow.

Interest fades fast. A visitor who fills in a contact form and waits a day for a reply has often moved on, or booked with a company that answered sooner.
CalStack replaces the form with a booking flow. Visitors answer your qualifying questions and choose a time in one sitting, and the rep walks into the call with their answers.
Where sales calls slip away
- Forms create a waiting line
A form submission starts an email thread about availability. Every round trip is a chance for the lead to lose interest.
- Reps open calls with no context
When a booking is only a name and a time, the first part of the call repeats questions the booking could have asked.
- Outcomes live in people's heads
If nobody records how a call went, there is no way to see which meetings need a follow-up and which are closed.
One flow from first click to follow-up
01 · Before the call
Qualify and book in the same step
Visitors answer your questions, then pick from times that are free in your Google Calendar. Before the call, generate talking points from their answers and assign the booking to the rep who should take it.
02 · During the call
Run the call from the Meet side panel
The rep sees the lead's answers and the talking points in a panel inside Google Meet, so nothing has to stay open in another tab.
03 · After the call
Record what happened
Tag the outcome and add notes. CalStack writes a recap with one suggested next step, and the bookings list can be filtered by outcome and by host.
What sales teams use
- Qualifying questions that adaptAsk about team size, timeline, current tools, or anything else you need to know. A choice answer can trigger a follow-up question, so leads only see what applies to them.
- AI drafts a question flow from a description of who you sell to
- Edit the flow on a visual canvas
- An email given in a question is carried into the booking form
- Only times you are freeCalStack reads free and busy time from Google Calendar, and checks the slot again at the moment of booking.
- Meeting length, buffer between calls, and minimum notice
- Weekly hours with more than one time range per day
- Times shown in the lead's own timezone
- Talking points for every leadFrom the booking, ask CalStack for an agenda. It uses the lead's answers and the meeting length to write ordered talking points.
- Suggested minutes for each topic
- Your own instructions to steer the agenda
- Edit or reorder before the call
- Assign, tag, and reviewOwners and editors can assign an upcoming booking to a teammate, who is added to the calendar event. After the call, the outcome and notes stay on the booking.
- Filter bookings by host, booking page, and outcome
- See whether the guest accepted the calendar invite
- New bookings posted to Google Chat or sent to Zapier, answers included
Works with the tools your team already uses
Google Calendar and Google Meet are built in. Each booking page can also post new bookings to a Google Chat space or send them to Zapier, with the lead's answers attached.
Questions and answers
Can bookings be shared out between reps automatically?
No. An owner or editor assigns each booking by hand from the bookings list. There is no round-robin or automatic routing.
Whose calendar decides which times are offered?
Each booking page reads free time from one Google Calendar that you choose. The organization owner connects Google Calendar once for the whole organization.
Can a lead be turned away based on their answers?
No. Answers are collected for context. Every lead who finishes the questions reaches the calendar.
Where do a lead's answers show up?
On the booking in your dashboard, in the Google Meet side panel, and in the Zapier and Google Chat notifications if you set those up. They are not added to the calendar invite.
Does CalStack record or transcribe sales calls?
No. The recap is written from the notes the rep types. Nothing is recorded.
What can a view-only teammate do?
Viewers can read booking pages, bookings, and analytics. They cannot edit booking pages, assign hosts, or set outcomes.
